                   Installs PEERCOMM-2016 (This sends latest PEERCOMM
                   c:\PEERCOMM.  You should then drag c:\PEERCOMM\PEERCOMM.exe
                   to your desktop. 

                   INSTCOMM.exe installs BUILDER.exe and builds a directory named c:\TIGERSUP
                   which contains A-Z list of all valid symbols.  This directory is needed
                   to create your own directory of stocks from an ascii list in c:\peerless.
                   You must also download the 16-a ... 16uvwxyz directories to
                   build a customized directory using the commands
                                   Peercomm + Stock Data Folders
                            + Create Data Folder from A-Z Directories + name of your ascii list
                            (example - GEORGE).  This will also be the new folder/

                    Before doing this, build an Ascii file in C:\Peerless named (example GEORGE.txt)
                    with the symbols you want in this new directory.  Left justify the symbols and
                    put only one on each line.  For example

                                                 Buy these showing an IP21>.45 in last 3 mo following a subsequent

                Our solution: Open and run these supplemental downloads after A-Zs:

                Go to the Elite Stock Professional Page and download the
                the 2016 Peerless.  Then from the main Tiger menu
                choose Weekly Charts and pick the Fold of stocks you wish
                to view and click Folder.  Then choose a stock or click all
                stocks in directory.  You will also need to download PEER04.exe
                above and the daily data for whatever folders you wish to use.
                You may also create your own list of stock.  Give these the
                 name MYLIST1 or MYLIST2.  These lists should be saved
                 as ascii lists in C:\Peerless.)

        Having trouble?
   1) If you are using Windows7, be sure to go into XP mode.
    2) Close other applications to conserve on memory.
    3) Try this method of downloading data.
       Many security systems on computers will not let you open a file
       from the internet after simply going to it with the internet browser.

      Instead try this.  This may allow  you to open and run a data installation-file executable
      from our site wthout having to first save it.

                    1. Start Peercomm.

                    2. Click Internet

                    3.    Replace the 0123 you see with 1221 (Or whatever the current numbers are.)
                    .between the slashes   You will see
                                http://www.tigersoft.com/1221

                   4.   Then click Display Web Page Chosen Above.

                   5. This will let you run the correct data-download programs right
                   from the internet.
                          Example SP-500.exe
                          This way when I point the mouse at SP-500.exe  
                          Then LEFT-CLICK the file to be opened.
                          See if you get a chance to RUN rather than SAVE this file right from the internet,
                          My XP gives this new, more covenient RUNNING option only when I go to the
                          data site from within Peercomm.
