  Editor's Note:
  Peerless S9/S12 active.  Because a decline below the lower band is expected,
  it is probably not a ood idea to hold many long positions.  A case can be made for
  holding a stock like IYR, which has a perfect AI/200 score of 200 and augmented
  B24 stocks, like FRS, but I would prefer to sell and await evidence of a major Buy
  before sustaining the risks now evident in the market.  Buying the QID is a good
  way to be short the market.

                              Sepracor shares gave up $10.97, or 28.7 percent, to finish at $27.29                                after the drug developer said second-quarter profit fell 44 percent.
                               The company also lowered its earnings guidance for the year.
